  • Initial Consult - You will meet 1-on-1 with your rehab coach where discuss your injury, training history and other lifestyle factors.

  • Testing & Planning - You will then go through an individualised testing session to get some baselines of qualities we are looking to improve. From there, you and your coach can build out your 'Long Term Rehab Plan'​

  • Rehab Plan - You will then have all your rehab/training needs catered for in one program!​

  • Support - Ongoing in-person & online support from our whole rehab & coaching team to help you get back to doing the things that you love as soon as possible!

We created our 'Performance Rehab" program because we believe there is a gap currently in how the health industry helps people dealing with pain and injury. This is not due to allied health professionals not doing their job, it's due to the way the health system is built.

Seeing an allied health professional is a key part of the process, but we know a 30-minute session on the table is not going to be a long-term solution for returning you to function. With this short period of time, you are unable to do all the testing, treatment & training that is necessary. Not to mention the difficulty of communication and long-term planning that can occur from this model.

Performance Rehab combines expert training systems with rehabilitation strategies to help you return to function after dealing with pain & injury​

At Vice & Motion, we don't believe that rehab and training are two separate things. Rehab falls on the spectrum of training, and our goal is to progress you from that "rehab" stage (lower-intensity exercise), back to your regular training (higher-intensity exercise). This should be a smooth transition through phases.

To do this, we use program exercise-based rehabilitation that bridges the gap between basic rehab and a return to function, whether that is a sport, or just getting back to your everyday activities.​

We will consult with you to see where you are currently at, perform some testing, and then build you an individualised program that not only helps you return to optimal function but keeps you fit, happy & healthy in the meantime.
